Smt. Mohanty brings experiences ranging from non-profit management, academic consultancy to operations.
She has an infectious passion for empowerment of the underprivileged. Before joining Kalinga Kusum Foundation, Bijayalaxmi worked as the Head, Administration at Sri Sri University Cuttack, Asst. Registrar-cum-PRO at GSBA College, Greater Noida and Girl’s Hostel Warden at GNIT College, Greater Noida.
Smt. Mohanty has been playing a monumental role in streamlining the operations and developing various initiatives and programs at Kalinga Kusum. She completed her B.Com & M.Com from Utkal University and also is a M. Phil. from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. She also holds an LLB from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
