Ms. Gayatri Naik
Field Coordinator, Barbil Unit
Ms. Gayatri Naik is a dynamic and tech-savvy Field Coordinator currently engaged in the ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Project at Barbil under the Kalinga Kusum Foundation.
With a background in computer training and digital literacy, she brings fresh energy and a learner-centric mindset to her role. As a former IT Trainer with NIIT Foundation, she has successfully trained over 250 students in digital fundamentals, MS Office, and basic hardware—skills that now help her bridge early education with digital awareness in rural settings.
In the ECCE project, Gayatri supports Anganwadi workers in strengthening classroom practices, mobilizes parents for active involvement, and helps improve learning environments across AWCs. Her leadership, time management, and communication skills make her a valuable young professional driving change at the grassroots.
