Mrs. Jagatmohini Panda
Field Coordinator, Paradip Unit
Mrs. Jagata Mohini Panda is a committed grassroots professional working as a Field Coordinator in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Project at Paradip under Kalinga Kusum Foundation.
With rich experience in community mobilization, PRI training, and women empowerment, she brings hands-on expertise in training Self Help Groups (SHGs), implementing livelihood programs, and supporting Anganwadi-level initiatives.
As part of the ECCE initiative, she plays a key role in ISO certification of AWCs, capacity building of AWWs and AWHs, community engagement, and promoting holistic development of AWC children through innovative learning materials and activities. Her deep connects with the local community and passion for child development make her a valuable pillar of the project team.
