Mr. Sankalpa Patel
Field Coordinator, Barbil Unit
Mr. Sankalpa Patel is a professionally trained social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive experience in community-driven development projects.
Currently serving as a Field Coordinator in the ECCE Project at Barbil, he plays a key role in improving early childhood care and education at the grassroots level.
With a strong foundation in research, training, and field facilitation, Mr. Patel has previously worked with organizations like Unnayan, managing SHGs, facilitating livestock programs, and leading capacity-building sessions. His work in rural education, health, and livelihood promotion has equipped him with a holistic understanding of integrated development.
At Kalinga Kusum Foundation, he actively supports Anganwadi Workers, mobilizes community participation, and ensures effective delivery of ECCE activities in AWCs. His deep commitment to social equity and structured program implementation makes him a dependable pillar of the Barbil unit.
