With a graduation degree from Utkal University and an I.T.I in Electrical, he combines technical proficiency with a deep commitment to community-based development work.
Mr. Barik’s journey from the industrial and infrastructure sector to early childhood education reflects his passion for meaningful grassroots impact. At Kalinga Kusum, he plays an instrumental role in coordinating field operations, supporting Anganwadi workers, and driving parent and community involvement in Anganwadi Centres. His proactive field engagement, keen problem-solving ability, and grounded rapport with local stakeholders ensure smooth implementation of ECCE activities aimed at nurturing young learners.
